This website allows farmers and land managers applying for the Sustainable Farming Incentive or for capital items in the Capital grant schemes, including the ELM Capital Grant Offer, Higher Tier Capital Grants, Woodland tree health and Protection and Infrastructure grants 

The SFI HEFER lists the known historic and archaeological features on a land holding and provides advice on how to protect and enhance them.  It may include information about: 

• Scheduled Monuments;
• Registered Parks and Gardens and Registered Battlefields; and
• non-designated historic and archaeological features, known as SHINE features, which have been created by your local authority Historic Environment Record (HER).

Scheme applicants should register to use this service and will be sent an email to confirm their registration.  Registered customers can request a SFI HEFER by entering their Single Business Identifier (SBI) and will receive an email when the SFI HEFER is available for download.
