Registration requires a username, email address, and password. "Username" and email address identify you on the website, and either can be used for logging in. The username cannot contain spaces.

Your password must be at least 7 characters long, with at least one number (0-9) and at least one upper-case character (A-Z).

Historic England is licensed through the Public Sector Mapping Agreement for the use of Ordnance Survey mapping and data to provide context for its own business data and information.
You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty free, revocable licence solely to view the Licensed Data for non-commercial purposes for the period during which Historic England makes it available. You are not permitted to sub-license, distribute, sell or otherwise make available the Licensed Data to third parties in any form. Third party rights to enforce the terms of this licence shall be reserved to OS.
